How do I prepare for a class?
For your class, you should wear breathable clothing and non-slip socks. Long hair should be tied back, and dangling accessories removed.
Bring a reusable water bottle and a towel. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to sign up, get acquainted with the club, and prepare for the class.
